In this episode (covering the entirety of Half-Life's chapters "Blast Pit" and "Power Up"), Gordon Freeman has to make his way past two of the toughest alien superbosses so far - The Tentacles, whose only weakness is lack of proper eyesight and who can only be defeated by repairing a complex experimental system of generating extreme temperatures; and The Flame-Throwing Gargantua, whose only weakness is a decisive lack of grey matter and who can only be defeated by restoring power to Black Mesa's sophisticated underground system of railroad tracks.
[NOTE: This is a re-recorded higher resolution version of my original playthrough of Half-Life, with all the latest game patches from Valve as well as some third-party high texture mods and better lighting filters - nothing too drastic though, so as not to compromise the classic style of the game.]
