The answer to this question is yes. I was 2nd place in my first match, and 3rd on my second match. There is lag, but you learn to adjust your timing. Quality is 1080p, so this is what you will see quality wise. Overall, its a great way to try games but don't expect a flawless experience.

Go to xbox gamepass app on Windows 10/11. Go to cloud gaming. Choose console game of choice. Have controller connected. Easy as that and the only way to play Halo 5 on PC atm.
