Halo Infinite will have "no per-match XP at launch" according to 343 and the only way to progress through the Battle Pass will be with challenges. Notable there are challenge swaps available for purchase within Infinite's in game shop. This is a big mistake in my opinion and will yield negative results to long term player retention.
