Hammerdin build idea - Path of Exile (3.0 Harbinger)

Diablo 2 had a popular Hammerdin build for Paladin, so i thought maybe i could make something similar in Path of Exile. Also i wanted it to feel a bit more "magic", so i decided to use Mjolner and trigger lightning spells on hit. This is not a proper build guide, but my idea and some testings.

Main hand Mjolner: Storm Call + Controlled Destruction + Less Duration
2nd Mjolner: Controlled Destruction + Elemental Focus + Shock Nova / Ball Lightning / Arc / Spark.

Good attack skill options: Cyclone, Lightning Strike, Spectral Throw.
Linked with (that fits for skill): Fortify, Elemental damage with attacks, Multistrike, GMP/LMP, Physical to Lightning, Faster attacks, Faster projectiles, Slower projectiles, Culling Strike.

Vaal Spectral Throw (if just for triggers) + GMP + LMP + Culling strike / Slower projectiles.

Wrath and Herald of Thunder for attack and spell damage. Conductivity curse with either CWDT or curse on hit with either vengeance, reckoning or even on spectral throw. Blood Rage (i am using with CWDT because i always forget to use it manually).

Movement skill like Charged Dash or Flame Dash or Lightning Warp. Stone Golem or Flame Golem.
