Harassment With The Developers Of Assassin's Creed Codename Red | Game Of Axe

Some Ubisoft employees are reportedly trying to avoid working on the recently announced Assassin's Creed: Codename Red due to allegations surrounding creative director Jonathan
Reportedly some members of Ubisoft Quebec are refraining or asking not to be assigned to Assassin's Creed: Codename Red on account of creative director Jonathan Dumont. As he was previously accused of harassing his co-workers in 2020, and one of the anonymous employee has claimed that his continued misconduct has created "a climate of fear."
Several employees have left because of him, and while Dumont has supposedly made an effort to "improve himself," his alleged behaviour is still fresh in the minds of many still working under him.
In response to this development, Ubisoft CEO has given a statement that Dumont has been "cleared or appropriately disciplined" and that Ubisoft takes such claims seriously.
However, this is far from the first time Ubisoft has drawn backlash regarding one of its creative leads, who can forget the 2020 movement in which several people were shown door for exact same reasons. - including Ubisoft editorial vice president Maxime Beland, former Assassin's Creed Valhalla creative director Ashraf Ismail, and former Ubisoft CCO Serge Hascoët.
