Hard Reset Redux mini review
0Brief look at one of my favorite fps in recent years. Fast paced sci fi shooter with comic book style sequences to flesh out the story. There is also chatter during missions from the people that are providing you with your mission objectives. You purchase upgrades from stations using the in game currency "nano" which can be found littered throughout levels as well as earned from combat. Definitely recommend for fans of the newer Doom titles and Serious Same. There is good mobility as you have access do a dash mechanic that moves you quickly over a short distance. There are 3 primary weapons, but they serve multiple functions each. What is initially an assault rifle can gain the functionality of a shotgun and grenade launcher. Same for the plasma rifle which can eventually become a tesla coil, rail gun, and more.
