Note that the game got an update that changed the smartphone key to S, allowing Z to be used for confirm. I recorded this footage before downloading the update.
I picked Abstract Nonsense, the fourth difficulty. According to the developer, this will be even harder than Hellish Yard from Corruption of Laetitia, which I barely managed to win.
On the first choice prompt, you can pick some funny answers, but on high difficulties, you should answer seriously to get an item from Luka.
At the cantina, you can input a string for lunch menu suggestions. Putting in "Hawkzombie" will result in the title screen changing after beating the demo.
Luka wants Rin to learn self-defense at the fencing/kendo club, but there's also talk of a bat-wielding delinquent who challenges kendo club members. At the dojo, you'll be challenged by a jackass named Hideki.

He's just a standard tutorial guy on lower difficulties, but on higher difficulties, you'll need to use items to survive. He can concentrate just like you, so make sure to use Stunning Blow to knock him out of it, or he'll deal massive damage.
Hideki will be a sore loser and leave. Once Luka goes home, be sure to heal with items and visit Miku in the music club. She'll teach Rin how to use melodies by challenging her to a duel.

She'll start out the battle by putting you to sleep, concentrating, and dealing massive damage. You'll need to use your melodies to heal and buff your own speed.
Going by the dialogue, the result will most likely be the same whether you win or lose, but you should try to win even if it means reloading, since you'll get extra items and EXP.
