To celebrate its 70th anniversary, Harman Kardon has introduced three new Bluetooth speakers. Founded by Dr. Sydney Harriman and Bernard Cardon, the company has grown significantly over the past seven decades. The trio of new products includes the Aurora Studio 4 Bluetooth speaker, the Go+Play 3 speaker and the Harman Luna portable Bluetooth speaker.
The Aurora Studio line is distinguished by an attractive industrial design and a wide range of functions. Notably, the Aurora Studio 4 is Harman Kardon's first product made from recycled materials, demonstrating the company's commitment to sustainable development. Equipped with a downward-firing 132mm woofer and a 6-speaker array, this speaker delivers immersive and accurate sound, as claimed by Harman Kardon. Its base is decorated with 324 individual crystals that create a bright light display in time with the music.
On the other hand, the Go+Play 3 Bluetooth speaker has a more traditional design with a semi-circular silhouette. It's made from a mix of aluminum and textile and has a smooth tempered glass top panel with touch controls. Go+Play 3 includes three-way stereo speakers, including an open woofer. On the plus side, Go+Play 3 can automatically adjust its performance to optimize sound quality in any environment. In addition, connecting two devices together improves the sound projection of the Go+Play 3.
For those looking for a more compact option, the Harman Luna portable Bluetooth speaker offers a smaller design compared to the Go+Play and Aurora Studio 4. Despite its size, it delivers powerful sound quality, positioning itself among the best Bluetooth speakers on the market. With a battery life of 12 hours and an IP67 water and dust rating, the Harman Luna ensures reliability and durability. True stereo sound can be obtained by connecting two speakers together.
In terms of pricing, the Harman Kardon Aurora Studio is positioned as a mid-range audio product, with an expected retail price of around $360. The Go+Play 3 speaker is expected to cost around $380, while the Harman Luna could be priced at $195. All three new Harman Kardon products will be available for purchase from September 15.
