Hash Rush | Closed Beta, Dungeon Mode, New Heroes... What's Next?
14Hash Rush, the Warcraft of Web3 with NFTs, Crypto, and a play-and-earn system, just released their beta.
Besides looking like Warcraft it's also the 1st crypto RTS game to ever exist!
In its Beta you can play two different game modes:
Standard mode
You'll play against the computer for map and resource dominance in this mode. The first to destroy the enemy base will win the match.
If you succeed you'll get loot which can be gear for your NFT heroes or materials that can be used to craft gear or Hero tokens. The latest can then be used to mint NFTs.
Yes, in this beta you can earn NFTs and, if you want, sell them on the Vorto Marketplace.
Dungeon mode
In this mode, you'll start with a small army chosen by you and you'll have to fight your way until the end of the dungeon where you'll find a boss.
If you defeat it it will also drop loot.
Unlike in Standard Mode, you can't recruit new units. If your army perishes you'll lose.
In both modes, you'll get resources that can be used to mint new NFTs which are heroes, super powerful units with abilities that can also be equipped with equipment, which will make them even stronger.
These can be a game changer while fighting your opponents and I believe they'll be really important if one day a PvP competitive mode is released.
As the 1st crypto RTS game ever, I think Hash Rush has lots of potential in the NFT Gaming industry.
The graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is fun even though it's a bit clunky and it looks like Warcraft! Which is still played by a large audience today.
Imagine Warcraft players find out that a similar game also falls into the play-and-earn category!
