I use the term availability heuristic in this video. Meaning that the above is true in most instances, but 1% of the time is blatantly wrong. This example applies to people who do nothing except troll others who play the game and make it their life's goal to put down those who like CoD.

Also, admittedly, a game is not going to appeal to everyone, and that's understandable. But you don't have to take steps to make others who play the game miserable.
