This dish is made by thinly slicing potatoes, arranging them, and baking them with golden cheese! Regular galettes take a little time, but this one can be made quickly and without failure. Please give it a try.

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・Potatoes 1 (150g)
・Pizza cheese 70g
☆Seasonings
・Potato starch 1 tablespoon
・Salt 1/4 teaspoon
・Pepper a little

■Procedure
(1) Slice the potatoes thinly in a bowl with a slicer. (If the slicer doesn't cut the potatoes, use a knife to slice them thinly. To make the most of the starch, do not soak the potatoes in water.)
(2) Add ☆ and mix until well combined. (3) Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When it starts to boil, add the potatoes from step 2 in a circular pattern, overlapping them so that the bottom is not visible.
(4) Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is browned. Turn the potatoes over and bake for 3-4 minutes until the potatoes are browned and cooked through. (Once cooled, it is recommended to cut them into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy with ketchup or other toppings to taste♪)
