"Omu Soba"

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・2 packets of steamed Chinese noodles
・100g minced pork
・120g cabbage
・1/4 carrot
・4 beaten eggs
・1 tablespoon salad oil
☆Seasonings
・2 tablespoons okonomiyaki sauce
・1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
・A little salt and pepper
★For garnishing
・2 tablespoons okonomiyaki sauce
・Mayonnaise, as needed
・Aonori, as needed

■Procedure
(1) Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrots lengthwise into thin slices, then cut them into 1cm pieces with the cut side facing down.
(2) Heat half the salad oil (1/2 tablespoon) in a frying pan, add the pork and fry over medium heat until it changes color.
(3) Add the cabbage and carrots and fry until they are soft.
(4) Add the steamed Chinese noodles and loosen them lightly. Add water (not included in the recipe: 1 tablespoon), cover, and steam over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
(5) Stir-fry while loosening the noodles, add ☆ and stir until well combined, then serve evenly on plates.
(6) Heat half the remaining salad oil (1/4 tablespoon) in a frying pan, pour in half the beaten eggs (2 eggs), and cook over medium heat while stirring vigorously until half-cooked. Cook 2 more eggs in the same way and place on top of 5.
(7) Pour ★ on top.
