~1% nerf ST, Cycle builds nerfed more than regular with fel dev nerf so little change. ~4% nerf AoE.
AoE nerf can be more or less depending on your skill level and how much you depend on things like Fel Dev/Ragefire/Sigil of Flame to do your damage.
Fel Dev nerf matters more on builds that play Cycle as they’re getting more Eye Beams than other builds
Fel Dev was buffed for Vengeance a little while ago and had a side-effect of making Collective Anguish better for Havoc. That’s where this nerf is coming from, it’s fixing that previous adjustment.
16% nerf to ragefire
In raid these nerfs are pretty negligible
Only ones that will affect you are sigil of flame and fel dev
Ragefire is only taken on certain bosses and as we get further into the tier, ragefire will lose value on those bosses because the add waves tend to start melting as other people get more gear. You’ll notice this on a boss like Igira where the spears aren’t living for any more than a few seconds
AFI nerf isn’t bad as you might think. most of the value of the talent comes from simply having two charges of Immo available, which allows you to always have one charging and leads to more consistent uptime. Procs are icing on the cake.
Something to consider is that these nerfs to Havoc are coming from an AoE/M+ angle but a lot of the buffs/nerfs to other classes are coming from a raid AND m+ angle. For example, Mage buffs benefit that class in raid quite a bit.
So even though we didn’t have any substantial nerfs to our ST that affect raid, I would still expect to see us drop down the raid dps listing a bit. Hopefully we’ll be seeing some compensating ST buffs in the near future.

In the words of Atrayen “No, Windwalker is not better than Havoc. No, Demonology is not "autolocked" over Havoc. Havoc still brings a fuckload more utility than either of those two specs and buffs Mage. Prot Paladin is still probably autolocked for M+ over Vengeance because it has Devotion Aura. Do the nerfs suck? Yes. Do they kill us? No.”
