Join Rules Arbiter Steve as he discusses Hazards in Pathfinder Second Edition, why you should consider them in your game, and how to run them. Hazards are a part of the game that can be overlooked with Game Masters having to memorize tons of rules, and monster stats, along with keeping the flow of the game at a good pace. A great way to slow the game down, and keep your players on their toes, without having long combats added in, is to include Hazards, which can be magical effects, standard traps, or more involved Haunts!

You would be surprised how quickly the party will listen to the descriptions you give once you hit the players with a few well laid traps, even ones designed to hinder, and not kill. Separate a party member or two, and see how the party reacts!
