6HCL Tech is likely to report a muted dollar revenue growth of 0.8%, while rupee revenue growth is expected to be better at 3.6% QoQ. The growth would be led by the services business while the P&P business might decline sequentially due to seasonality. On the margin front, analysts expect an improvement of 40 bps as salary hikes will offset pyramidisation and operational efficiencies. Additionally, the TCV of net new deal wins are seen steady at over US$2 bn. While HCL Tech is expected to maintain guidance of 12-14% revenue growth and 18-20% Margin band for FY23, commentary on headcount and demand trends will be key.
