Delta Corp Reports Growth Of 8% Sequentially, NMDC Receives Order From Ministry Of Corporate Affairs
4Delta Corp reported a growth of 8% sequentially. Margins expanded by nearly 220 bps and management said that they have surpassed pre-covid earnings. The growth, they say, was due to surge in domestic travel this quarter and they expect the trend to continue. NMDC received an order from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs sanctioning a proposal to separate its mining and steel businesses. SEBI approval has been received for LT AMC to be merged into HSBC AMC. Veranda Learning Solutions Board to consider potential acquisition today.
