Heartwell is a 2D souls-like action RPG with cute retro graphics, platforming, and a branching narrative being developed by Antomicx. A demo was released on PC on December 8, 2023, and a full release for this indie game will (most likely) occur years afterward. Heartwell is being developed in Clickteam Fusion 2.5.
In this Heartwell dev stream, I continued programming the screen resizing rework that will be implemented in a future patch for the Heartwell Demo! This stream focused on adjusting the UI positioning for the Manifest Stat Menus to support the screen resizing rework! The goal of this future patch will be to allow the Heartwell to be playable in either windowed mode at 1X magnification or ultimate fullscreen mode at 2X magnification in order to increase visibility/readability.
