There comes a time that God makes Himself known in ways that bring the fear of the Lord upon a person or a nation. He is not like us. He created us, but He stands alone. Yet millions of people become used to their idea of who He is, and create their own spiritual deception of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Many today are fighting against repentance calling it "works," and even believe that it is such a great sin in doing so that it will damn a soul to hell for doing so.
The Lord is the one who called for repentance first to the nation of Israel, and they have yet to do so. That same cry still echoes into our post modern world with the same effects. God wants us to take a deeper look at who He is and who you and I are in His light. Millions who say they have a prayer life, enter into prayer with filthy hands and polluted hearts.
They make "God to serve with their sins." It is clearly evident that in the "Christian" world Jesus has become a "thing," or a "religious call sign." This nation has made God an outcast, they booted him out of the government, they rejected him in schools.
They do not even want Him in their mainstream church services. Now this nation, this whole world is in trouble, and no one, not any man is going to save this world that is dripping with innocent blood and every filthy wicked thing. There is only one. Jesus Christ the Savior of the world, and He is coming again. This is not a fairy tale.
This is not "Well this has been said for thousands of years." The time is now to take the time seriously and get quiet with the Lord. Be honest with Him, confess your sins, your transgressions, and iniquities, which means "the practice of sin," and repent from your heart, your gut. God is coming again to take over and wants everyone to be ready for Him.
