Heaviest of Hearts is a Gig that’s available as part of Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty DLC. This page will detail how to begin this Gig, a walkthrough of the mission, and the rewards gained upon completion.

Heaviest of Hearts can be started after completing the Phantom Liberty DLC quest titled Firestarter. To begin this Gig, head towards the green marker on your map. You'll receive a call from Mr. Hands giving you the details for this mission.

Mr. Hands will ask you to speak with Micheal Maldonado. You'll find him inside a nearby arcade. Chat with him and he'll take you inside to learn about the D.A. Georgina Zembinsky he wants you to track down.

After your conversation, you'll need to head over to the Heavy Hearts Club. Just before arriving, Mr. Hands will text you and ask you not to make a mess in there, and give you an optional objective to avoid raising the alarms in the club. While this objective is optional, completing the task without alerting security to your presence will net you an extra $2,000 Eddies for your trouble.

Once inside the club, head to the bar and chat with the bartender who will tell you to speak with a man named Jack in the restrooms nearby. Make your way into the bathroom to the right of the bar and chat with Jack. He'll make a call upstairs to let them know you're on your way.

Now, you just need to find a way upstairs. Head towards the VIP Area doorway marked on your map and you'll see a man get kicked out, with the door closing behind him. You won't be able to waltz right in, so you'll need to find a way to open the door. Thankfully, there's a terminal nearby that will allow you to gain entry.

Scanning the VIP door will reveal the path to the terminal that controls its signal. Head to the elevator area to your right and you'll need to find a way past the guard. You can hack one of the nearby vending machines to distract him long enough to leave his post, allowing you to open the door with 3 Technical Ability.

Just inside, you'll need to disable the camera at the end of the hallway and avoid being seen by the guards nearby. Access the computer and open the VIP door, then make your way out.

Now, you should be clear to enter the VIP area. You'll need to avoid detection by the guards if you're trying to complete the mission without raising the alarm, so make sure you have a silenced weapon and can sneak around the area inside. Otherwise, you can always go in loud, alerting just about everyone in the club to your presence. Your choice.

You'll find Georgina Zembinsky inside VIP Room 6. There are two ways inside this room: you can enter the door from the main hallway if you have 20 Technical Ability.

Otherwise, you'll need to head into the maintenance hallway behind VIP Room 6 and hack the fuse box on the far right wall to reveal a secret entrance.

Once inside the VIP room, you can loot the luggage on the floor to obtain the Crimestopper - a Tier 5+ Iconic Smart Pistol. Then, head into the adjoining room to speak with Georgina.

She will tell you about the evidence she has, and you'll need to convince her to delete it from her computer to clear Michael's testimony. Of course, this will upset her and she'll ask her bodyguard Hank to take you out, but if you have at least 9 Body, you can tell him to stand down and he'll leave the room quietly. Otherwise, you'll need to put him down the old-fashioned way - with guns.

Regardless of the outcome, she will delete the evidence. Leave the club and return to Michael to let him know the outcome of the mission. He'll thank you for your help and wire you $2,000 Eddies for clearing his name.

Shortly after, Mr. Hands will contact you and close the contract, netting you another $4,000 Eddies (plus the additional $2,000 if you were able to complete the optional mission objective).
