This speed run is single segment (I don't think segmented would even be possible) and it utilizes an ammunition duplication exploit. Doing this trick consistently is a bit tricky, and if not done correctly, may actually hurt the speed run. I stream-lined its use by rapidly pausing while shooting a few frames earlier, the timing is something that can only be done through muscle-memory. The newly duplicated rounds will spawn a few level chunks ahead (I have no idea why it is so consistent with this.)

I have gotten very close to getting a ~14 min run, but the RNG in this game is 'Heavy... ' heh. Level generation in this can be very cruel, especially when bomb bugs and their flying compatriots take a huge chunk out of your health while giving little warning. I'm only #19 on the leaderboard and I would love if anyone that has beaten my time gave me some tips; as it stands right now, I would deem a 10 minute run as impossible, but it has been done much to my amazement.

If I get enough activity on this video within a reasonable amount of time, I will improve this speed run.
