3Yes, that Toho, but they weren't the ones who originally made the game. It's a pleasant, colorful shooter that I'm pretty pleased with. I should probably get on the arcade version to see how this holds up. The only thing I don't necessarily love is that you can't really control when you change forms. You can, but it's at the trigger of an item pickup and not on demand.
