Tried Laser only here, but the AI are impossible to hit with it consistently; they constantly move around and can still hit you without facing toward you.

[Rules for this episode]
-4 Missile & 1 Shield heads only.
-Do not bring any other heads from the Headcase.
-‎Can substitute for other heads in the Backpack that are needed to access certain areas, but not for combat.
-‎No saving allowed until after level completion.
-‎Can use Medic heads if taken from an opponent, but put it away after healing (intentionally exhausting Zedz faster).
-‎Use Zed to heal if there are no Medic heads to use.
-‎Collect all, if not most, heads in the level.
-‎Complete the level with all selected heads in tow.
-‎Switch between all five heads brought instead of using the same one the entire time.
-‎Access at least one secret area.
-‎Do not camp from the Airlockz.
-‎Make sure all Hedz have been beamed out before exiting the level.
-‎Collect all Secret Heads.
-‎Face the AI head-on; no running away. Evasion is acceptable.
-‎No pausing.
-‎No AFKing.

Kirk Ewing worked on the game, so this head might be his, but as a superhero who's able to create a Shield in Superman's changing booth.
