2About the game
Inspired by today's space travel, books, films and series from the sci-fi genre - such as Contact, Interstellar or Babylon 5, Heliopolis Six is primarily a single-player economy-simulation. The fully buildable and customizable space station is set in our solar system in the near future. All technical aspects of the game world, such as the movements of the spaceships or the function of the station parts, are based on the laws of physics.
Build
As station director it is up to you how your space station looks and how it will be expanded. Station parts can be joined together and configured with modules in almost any combination. And thanks to zero gravity the station can be built in 3 dimensions. Construct solar panels, resource distribution systems, docks or living quarters – and that’s just a handful of things that are possible. Build a space station according to your preferences, maybe even the best space station of all times!
Manage
Good management is essential for the continued existence of your station. As station director you have to keep a close eye on all processes, so that your plan can succeed. Ensuring life support, providing living space, creating jobs, controlling production, collecting and distributing resources: Your management must function like clockwork, so the residents can have a good life and hold down their jobs. And if all this gets on top of you at some point, you can delegate some tasks to assistants. Ensure that it is lacking nothing and lead you and your station into a glorious future!
Survive
Space is a dangerous place: Malfunctions, lack of resources or overheating always try to push you to your limits. It requires your permanent attention to prevent such scenarios. Always look after your station and its residents and assert yourself against the inhospitable nature of space!
