HELL HUNT - Trademark controversy (Developer threatens DMCA copyright strikes)
Cat Code Games have been threatening YouTubers with DMCA takedown notices, on content that they have no legal copyright over, and flaunting a pending trademark as an excuse to do so.
Regardless of their reasoning, these tactics are despicable, and bordering on illegal! Let it be know who the original "Hell Hunt" game is, and stop behavior like this from going unnoticed.
Please go support the *original* Hell Hunt from T19 (Now Dread Templar)

Special thanks to the Waffle Bros for first bringing this to my attention, as well as AlphaBetaGamer, and many others who reported this shady behavior on twitter!
If you are at all worried about losing your channel, or the damage of a DMCA strike, I encourage you to do what's best for you, and to consult with a real lawyer if needed. I believe a takedown like this would be easy to contest, but please do not feel pressured to take a stand. It's your choice!
UPDATE April 2021: In a very unexpected move BOTH games changed their names! We now have Dread Templar (I LOVE this name!!) and the other changing *back* to Wanted in Hell
