different days bring forth different struggles. so everyday requires a different outlook or a different spirit. if you make through the day you did good. some days are harder than others but it'll be okay. just keep trying. I currently overused my back and I'm hurting but I'm still going, working, and hopefully I'll heal quickly and get right back to training.
