Notes:
1. Regarding the flask at 1:12, this was a mapping error by the developers. They accidentally placed a Quartz Flask inside the wall to the left of the yellow door. However, it's possible to grab this flask by straferunning straight into the wall. This requires a bit of luck, and it might take 4 or 5 tries to get it. I got lucky in this video and got it first try.

2. You may notice I ended the level with 24/23 items. This is caused by picking up an extra artifact which can be randomly dropped by certain enemy types. Most often, this is a Tome of Power dropped by a Disciple. However, it is also possible for an Iron Lich to drop a Morph Ovum, or a Maulotaur to drop a Mystic Urn.
