Heroes of the Storm-Kharazim focus and gameplay!
0Hello all and welcome to G4G's look at Kharazim in Heroes of the Storm.
Kharazim hails to HOTS from the Diablo series. He was one of the original characters available in D3 when it launched. He brings over some signature moves like radiant dash and epiphany. He is classified as support but he can go pure DPS if needed. Each map, he starts off with the choice of buffing heals, DPS or mana regen. I toggle between DPS or healing depending on my role. I never take the mana return but can see its value for sure.
Khara is pretty easy to spec while doing QM depending on his partners. I recommend healing if none are present and going DPS if paired with Rhegar, LiLi, Brightwing, Uther or Malf. If you see a Tyrande, you should go heals. I like to use the AOE heal totem over the shield. I look up some Khara builds after making this video and found most people favor the ones I do minus 1 or 2 tweaks.
Khara can be a lot of fun but you do have to be good at him. Until you get the talent that refunds divine palm if it's not popped, be VERY careful in using it. You SHOULD use it if your target is in the thick of things as most people likely can't throttle back in time to avoid popping it. You should NOT use it if it looks like your target will get away or is in a more 1v1 scenario. Smarter players will see the graphic and stop. When going 7 sided, it's okay to open up with it in the front of your DPS but make sure people are close. It's also good to use just before death if you know it will take somebody out or you need to live a few more seconds in the hopes that help will arrive.
