In this episode we'll focus exclusively on getting our trade school campus all the way up to five starts, the highest rating. Once again, had to split this in 2x episodes, this is part 2. Please check previous episode for part 1.

Objective of this series is to reach 150000 population, while making a functional and aesthetically nice looking city, without mods.
