Higurashi Ch.4 (Pt 5): Neo Eventually Manages to Locate Toshiki Inugai & the Kidnappers

Akasaka receives a call from Ooshi to come see him at the Okinomiya Police Station. When he arrives, both he and Ooshi go over a wallet that was recently turned in that appears to belong to Toshiki Inugai, and they use all the information that they know about it, including where the wallet was supposedly discovered, to try and guess the approximate location that Toshiki is likely being held. Once they determine a location, they begin driving through Hinamizawa to go to an abandoned village located close to it, and on the way there the watch as a group of protesters raise a serious racket at the dam construction site. Neo and Akasaka also see Rika there, and she stares at Akasaka as he and Ooshi drive through the protest, leaving Akasaka and Neo both feeling very uneasy...
Eventually they arrive at the border of the abandoned village, and on the way there they run into Dr. Irie, who gives them a false story as to what he's doing there when Ooshi tries inquiring with him about the topic, and Ooshi uses what Irie tells him in conjunction with what they know about the abandoned village itself to piece together that the kidnappers were most likely indeed somewhere on the premises. They enter the village, and soon come across the kidnappers - and a fight ensues between the two groups Akasaka and Ooshi try to get their hands on Toshiki...
