Neo's still bummed out over how Kotohogushi ended, so he now moves on to "Hajisarashi" in the hopes that this other newly added arc will boost his spirits some. Although he has a sneaking suspicion that he's going to get a LOT more than just "some" boostingsince he's apparently going to be going on a swimming trip in Okinomiya in THIS arc.
Spoiler alert, his suspicions end up turning out correct, and his spirits do indeed get boosted. And then some.
