Another day, another round of beating up hundreds of people for cash, solving strange peoples' problems, and engaging in turf wars with Yakuza clans as a real-estate mogul/cabaret manager!
Except that's not really what Neo ends up actually doing. On the contrary, Neo decides to make sure he gets himself laid in the worst ways possible in order to complete an RNG-heavy Sub Story, before deciding to give the main story some more attention. And before he knows it, he ends up blasting through what's left of Chapter 10 until he works his way to the very end of Chapter 13, and along the way he learns A LOT of new info about several of the major players involved in the whole conspiracy surrounding the Empty Lot, Makoto in particular...
