I like a heavy percentage of junior talent in the gamedev teams I am part of.
The provide several things that more senior people can not
ONE of these things is a beautiful ignorance towards what is "impossible"
Should you only have juniors? No.
But current budgetary practices squeezes juniors out of the hiring process in a lot of cases.
