In this edition of On Location, Councilwoman Pastor finds out about the Phoenix Hispanic Network from PHN Board member Nick Valenzuela. They discuss the networking opportunities and advantages of membership that are available to city employees that join. Nick also previews the first Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration that will be presented at the historic Orpheum Theatre on September 12, from 11am - 1pm. The celebration which is free and open to the public, will feature music, story telling and Aztec dancers.
