Video by Nizzahon
In today's History Lesson, Nizzahon recants the storied past of Split Cards in Magic: The Gathering. Making their debute in 2000 with the Invasion set, Split Cards have popped up in a number of different sets including this most recent in Hour of Devastation. They may go by different names such as Fuse and Aftermath, but they all offer insane value to a single card. Split Cards offer choice where the majority cards are stuck doing whatever is on its face. Value and options are key to MTG, and Split Cards have been offering both for a long time.
