The Dungeons and Dragons games could have been really great on the NES. They were originally PC games which were ported over to the NES and in some cases they really weren't that great. It seemed like they tried everything when they could have just made rpgs which could have been better in some cases.
While I don't really like all of them I do think they did the best job they could to bring these games over. What would have been better is if they had created original titles like Warriors of the Eternal Sun on the Sega Genesis.
