You will have plenty of time to meet the Faba in one room where he is alone, you can gather up for this and do some other important work then. Head to the roof where you should do the following - erase the camera recordings, it is not mandatory but will save a lot in case you stepped on laser grinds. Open the gate for the helicopter exit using the crowbar or lockpick from your inventory, just watch out for one guard that has to smoke in front of exit. And the last thing, take the Striker from the table - remember that Undying has got two bodyguards that will assist him everywhere, guns are to distract them. Then head down to the small room next to the scientists with some sort of bomb, take down one of the scientists that inspects the room once a minute. Drop the guns on the floor and wait for the Faba with his bodyguards - both of these weapons will separate him from guards, making him an easy prey for you. Draw your fiber wire and take him down, dump him to the container in proximity and go upstairs to leave the area with Silent Assassin rating :).
