*You'll notice some very blatant editing at the end of this video. That's because Colorado has done something previous levels haven't. There's a story bit that occurs after you open the door that becomes your objective after killing all 4 targets (that's what the mask I pick up in the level is for) and there's also an exit in there, which I used in this video. I edited out the story stuff so as not to spoil anything for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. After the stuff in the room you can either take the exit right there, or go back out into the level to use the other exits.

Just to make sure everything is clear, String Quartet must be done in one run. It doesn't count to just kill them all in separate runs or anything.

This video shows the completion of the objective listed in the title, plus any others associated with it, such as disguises, picked up items, etc..

Starting location is Undercover at the Greenhouses

You'll want to bring along some Coins and the Fiber Wire. You'll also want to place the Lock Pick in a stash (I used the one in the orchard).

It's probably possible to get the second one I killed faster by coining her into the garage when she is walking away and simply distracting the guy who works on the van. I didn't do this because I generally try to make these guides without being too difficult, and figured letting her make another pass wasn't too big a deal.
