This video shows the completion of the Assassination objective String Quartet on Professional Difficulty level.

If you have trouble with Penelope at the beginning, you may get seen through the walls by the guys in the kitchen. If that happens just try again. They key is grabbing her inside the room with the front door but not letting her get too far out or the guy patrolling above may see your attack.

If you have trouble with Parvati leaving too quick after the Lockdown, use body bumps to keep her in the area until it's safe to get her.

If you have trouble with Sean you can wait a little longer and go upstairs to get him when he's in the bathroom.
