This video shows the completion of the Assassination objective Nutcracker on Professional Difficulty level.

I normally go for stuff like Silent Assassin and not killing civilians when I put together my runs, but honestly this one is just a lot quicker to check off the list by letting that poor bellhop die. Sure, you could gas the room and move him and put Jordan under there, but you might also get caught by guards. There may be some other clever ways to do it too, so you can decide that one on your own.
