The results of all the new toys of YouTube Streaming combined. 🙂 HLS, or HTTP Live Streaming, allowing more quality at the various bitrates. HEVC, also a new high quality codec replacing H.264, and since I wasn't getting packetshaped to 4500 with HEVC I went as high as I could before things started getting unstable, so 7000. I might go lower. Either way, the net result should be more quality in a stream around Twitch's level of bitrate. Now I just need better encoding settings. 😁
