I did look up the charms I wanted to look up. Sharp Shadow does have a synergy with Dashmaster but it's additional damage: the cooldown of Shade Cloak can't be changed.

As far as charms focused on more spell throughput, here's my analysis, assuming spells are always cast before soul goes into reserves. Maybe next week I'll look at the reserves case, although for now I'll note that Spell Twister effectively increases max soul so builds using it also hold more spells before going to reserves.

First, the pre-calculation numbers:
Base Soul Gain: 11
Base Spell Cost: 33
Hits Per Spell: 3
Soul Catcher: Add 3 soul gain per hit
Soul Eater: Add 8 soul gain per hit
Spell Twister: Lower Base Spell Cost to 24 (doesn't affect cost of healing)

Hits Per Spell For 2 Notches:
Soul Catcher: 33/14=2.35
Spell Twister: 24/11=2.18

Hits Per Spell for 4 Notches:
Soul Catcher + Spell Twister: 24/14=1.71
Soul Eater: 33/19=1.74

Hits Per Spell for 6 Notches:
Soul Eater + Spell Twister: 24/19=1.26
Soul Eater + Soul Catcher: 33/22=1.50

Hits Per Spell for 8 Notches:
All Three: 24/22=1.09

So basically, if you're doing Radiant Fights or a No Focus challenge or something, Spell Twister should always be equipped before Soul Catcher if you have both of them and are going to use at least one of them. Therefore, I was picking the wrong one when I chose between them. Also Soul Eater loses to wearing both of the 2-notch trinkets, but might be worth considering if you're overcharming.

I wonder if it would be worth taking off either Mark of Pride or Unbreakable Strength to fit Shaman Stone in the regular build and then make Soul Eater the overcharm.
