Playthrough | Part 13: Open the Way to the Citadel
We've explored the Weavenests and tackled the Blasted Steps. Now the time has come at last. We now head for the Citadel.
Do you remember that we activated five bells on our journey? Yeah. They have a purpose. Want to know what it is? To unlock the door to the Citadel. But to even reach it, we need to use the Needolin to form a song to open the way. As we do, we face off against the true test: the Last Judge. This boss is not a laughing matter. It's a tough foe and you need to rely on timing your attacks, evasions and movement. You'll need to. If you can figure out his patterns, then you should do just fine. Bear in mind that it'll get more intense using fire attacks.
Once the Last Judge falls, the way to the Citadel is now open. This also serves to end the first act. We now begin Act 2: Citadel of Song. We explore the Citadel but there isn't much. We also explore a place under the Citadel, the Underworks. Let's just say that you'll be in for it for some time. I know it because the journey isn't easy.
Don't worry. We won't be here for long. Part 14 will have us explore the Underworks and a new location, Sinner's Road.
