Difficulty: Normal
Let's summarize what happened shall we? Majima gets arrested. Saejima gets captured by Katsuragi and to make matters worse, Yasuko also gets kidnapped by the guy. What will Kiryu, Akiyama and Tanimura do? We begin now Chapter 4: Chain of Betrayal!
The three head to New Serena to come up with a plan and recoup. Akiyama hits his lowest, especially upon learning that all 100 billion yen that he had was taken. The worst part was that it was due to Kido, especially since he found out the hidden safe. So now they need a plan. Kiryu has one and he shows them the ledger. Remember what I said? Everything is connected. All for the sake of trying to manipulate crime and make the police look good. How low can you go?
So Kiryu decides to offer up the file in exchange for Yasuko's safety. Tanimura calls Katsuragi and the two agree to meet at the roof of Kamurocho Hills. But you know how this will go right? Yeah.
So we're taking the time to complete some sub-stories and deal with Kiryu's main side thing, taking out rival gangs. Not much to say on that.
We'll be doing a lot of sub-stories in Part 32.
