The best way to celebrate my birthday is to do a killing leg routine!

Routine:
- 20 total side lunges (10 x leg)
- 30 squats
- 10 bulgarian split squats
- 15 explosive squats
- 20 total reverse lunges (10 x leg)
- 30 calf raises x leg (10 out, 10 normal, 10 in)
- 10 leg curls sliding on floor

- 3 sets, as little rest as possible between exercises, 3 minutes rest between sets,all with 10kg vest
