The Belt Routine (I modified it a little bit):
- 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8 8 normal pushups then 8 8 8 7 7 7 6 6 6 5 5 5 4 4 4 3 3 3 2 2 2 1 1 1 neutral pushups
- Keep ALWAYS minimum 5 seconds rest between reps, rest more if needed, reps MUST be performed consecutively (so you cant split 8 reps in 5 and then 3)
- Push hard and try beat 12 minutes!
