Superset:
-1 muscle up, 1 dip on bar, 1 pullup, 1 muscle up, 2 dips on bar, 2 pullups etc all the way up to 1 muscle up, 5 dips on bar and 5 pullups, performed (if possible) in a row, without letting the bar go (in my case I let the bar go ater 4 pullups, rested some seconds and then completed the superset);
