My husband and I have been making pizza once per week for the past few years, and this is our favourite method yet! Tastes better than any takeout pizza, and even better than local wood-fired pizza!

Method:
Preheat your cast iron pan under the broiler on high heat for 10 minutes.
Carefully oil and place your dough onto the hot pan. Add your sauce and desired toppings.
Cook on stovetop at medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until bottom is browned.
Transfer pan to oven under your broiler on high heat for 5-10 minutes until top is cooked and bubbly.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.

We like to make a homemade sourdough pizza base for the best flavour, but regular dough or store bought is fine!
