Oh god, this story bit was LOADED. After being faked out with the first credits roll, things REALLY popped off.

Not only do we learn everything from the previous Sunday fight was a lie, we also get massive revelations about Acheron. To no one's surprise, we learn her real name which Honkai Impact 3rd players will be very familiar with (which was heavily hinted at on her release trailer, but it's nice that it was properly revealed). Fun fact, if you have her as a character at some point her allegiance changes from Galaxy Ranger to Self-Annihilator, which I thought was cool. A bit sad that her name still displays as Acheron, would be nice if you could show her real name after finishing the story.

In any case, I loved that they force you to use the new Harmony Trailblazer. I really like the Break niche they enable, so I decided to go a bit focused on that and brought Himeko and Ruan Mei. Good thing I built my Himeko for Pure Fiction lol. Team worked beatifully, and Harmony TB fits like a charm. Can't wait to build my own so I can do Xueyi shenanigans. This version of TB looks quite promising, I hope they can continue giving us a relevant kit for each of their forms (unlike Water Traveler from Genshin lmao).

Now, the real fight against Sunday. God was the fight fun. Having 5 targets present at all time really helped with my choice of bringing Himeko, and I like that it's not just a straight focus to the boss (although that is an option). Phase 1 is basically the same as last time, so nothing really new here. Phase 2 added some more mechanics but Himeko made short work by breaking a lot; the main focus is as a transition anyway. Phase 3 though, dang was it HYPE. Not only does it open with Robin's song (which is incredible btw), it also finally gives access to the "assist" ability, this time being one that literally smashes Sunday with the Express lol. The voice over on each use was an incredible touch.

Overall I was very satisfied with this final portion of the story. Lots of characters come together, lots of revelations happen, and ROBIN'S SONG IS INCREDIBLE. The after credits scene also leaves us in an interesting spot, so will definitely be waiting for next patch.

For now I can focus on cleaning up the new areas and doing sidequests. WIFE FIREFLY SOON. All I need to do is avoid leaks...
