Horizon Forbidden West, as we head to AETHER's coordinates, we learn that it is inside a Tenakth Stronghold in which within its walls is Chief Hekarro who we learned about at The Embassy from Marshal Fashav. We learn that what we are looking for is underneath the throne of Chief Hekarro. He will only give us access to this if and ONLY IF we help him first. He wants us to head to Stone Crest and meet someone called Kotallo to take us to the Sky Clans base as Hekarro needs more Marshals as a result of The Embassy massacre from the hands of Regalla and her rebels.
