lack of tail magnet
usb port and main switch may be difficult to distinguish, especially in cold and dark
Conclusion: It is a really nice flashlight. Output is not stunning, but the build quality, runtime and compact size for a 21700 light makes me want to take it with me more often than other lights (on par with Armytek).
Lack of a magnet on the tail is completely inappropriate considering this quality of workmanship and price.
